Bob Morane

The SMOG crime syndicate and its boss Ylang Ylang have eliminated an agent of the Canadian Secret Service who was on the trail of their machinations. With his body, Bob and Bill find a note that leads them to a huge dam. Apparently SMOG has made arrangements to blow up the Manicougan Dam so they can blackmail the country. If Bob wants to prevent the impending disaster, he must find the explosives and defuse them in time, but time is running out!
